With 26 years of experience in real estate and a career rooted in property management and title services, Cindy Nelson brings deep industry knowledge and a steady, informed approach to every transaction. A Breckenridge-based real estate broker and member of the Gambino Group, she serves clients throughout Breckenridge, Frisco, Silverthorne, Dillon, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Alma, and Fair play. Cindy specializes in residential real estate, including primary residences, second homes, and investment properties, guiding clients through the transaction process with clarity, care, and confidence.

When Cindy is not working, she enjoys traveling, reading, golfing, skiing, biking, and expressing her artistic side through stained-glass, photography, and scrap booking. Her daily routine always includes yoga, catching an episode of Jeopardy!, and soaking up sun rays. Deeply rooted in her community, Cindy is passionate about fundraising and volunteering for local businesses, school sports, and her grandchildren’s activities.
